We are welcoming the month of December with the return of our brunch dining series. Join us for a hybrid menu elaborated by Chef David Capel. Begin with a buffet at the bar, followed by a traditional À la carte menu in the dining hall!
Buffet Menu:
-Viennese pastries
-Bread, gluten-free bread
-Butter, jam, yogurt, chia
-Smoothies, assorted juices
-Fruit salad, sliced fruit
-Charcuterie, assorted cheeses
-Hard-boiled eggs
-Seasonal desserts
À la carte menu:
-Eggs Benedict served on an English muffin with homemade hollandaise sauce, with a side of ham and potatoes
-Scrambled eggs and bacon on toast with maple mayonnaise
-Three-cheese omelet with mushrooms and potatoes
-Waffles topped with sautéed apples, cranberries, salted butter caramel, and maple syrup
Price: $50.00 + taxes and service fee. Free for children 5 years old and under. $20 for children 6 to 12 years old. The price includes filter coffee. The price does not include Nespresso, mimosas, alcohol, or wines.
