Members' Annual Dinner

The Members' Annual Dinner will be the Club's first official event in 2023! We are pleased to announce that the dinner will be held on January 26, 2023 honouring the achievements of long-time member, Mr. David Laidley.

Mr. Laidley had a distinguished 40-year career with Deloitte LLP, where he served as Chairman of the Board (2000-2006). He was and remains an active member of numerous committees at Deloitte LLP. Over the years, Mr. Laidley has distinguished himself in the Montreal community and has worked with a number of organizations, including the Birks Family Foundation, the Cole Foundation, and several faculties at McGill University, to name a few.

We invite you to save the date of January 26, 2023, to honour the many successes of Mr. Laidley.

Menu: Four-course meal

-Grilled cheese reinvented with black truffles, flowery micro-mesclun farandole, balsamic reduction

-Double beef consommé with vegetables and poached foie gras

-Roasted guinea fowl supreme, lobster mousseline, cream of port with morels, potato aligot with Jura cheese

-Chocolate fondant, fig salsa with marsala

Canapés and sparkling wine for a toast at dessert included.

Price: $200.00 + taxes and service charges. This price includes a $50 donation to the Dean of Arts Bursary.

Dean of Arts Bursary: Established in 2011 with annual gifts from alumni and friends of the Faculty of Arts. Administered by the Scholarships and Student Aid Office for full-time students enrolled in the Faculty of Arts who require financial assistance. Value: varies
