The UCM is welcoming the month of October with a new dining series. We are kick-starting our brand-new Brunch Series with a hybrid menu elaborated by Chef David Capel. Join us for a buffet at the bar, followed by a traditional À la carte menu in the dining hall!

À la carte menu:
-Eggs Benedict served on an English muffin with homemade hollandaise sauce, with a side of ham and potatoes
-Scrambled eggs and bacon on toast with maple mayonnaise
-Three-cheese omelet with mushrooms and potatoes
-Mont St-Hilaire waffles topped with sautéed apples, cranberries, salted butter caramel and maple syrup
Price: $50.00 + taxes and service fee. Price includes filter coffee. The price does not include: Nespresso, mimosas, alcohol or wines.
