Discovery Evening Series

On September 22nd, the Club has organized an evening with one of our very own Montreal breweries Brasserie Harricana, for a beer tasting and pairing dinner! A selection of 5 Harricana beers will be presented for tasting accompanied by a pairing menu prepared by Chef David Capel.

Brasserie Harricana brews its beer on-site in Montreal close to the Jean-Talon market and has become known as one of the best microbreweries in the city. Brasserie Harricana is differentiating itself with each brew carrying its own unique character. Whether pulling flavours from various barrels, or blends or infusing with fruit and adjuncts, Harricana beer is a must-try!

-Citrus red tuna tartare with coriander

-Casserole d'escargot with leeks and oyster mushrooms

-Seared scallops with beer beurre blanc and quinoa risotto

-Harricana smoked beer venison stew, spätzle

-Apple and cheddar pie with black beer
