Aaron travaille dans la restauration depuis 20 ans, son style culinaire n'est pas défini par un genre, il est défini par un mot, l'Authenticité. Né à Montréal, il a choisi de parcourir le monde pendant plus de 12 ans pour découvrir les cultures et les saveurs des quatre coins de la terre afin les ramener au cœur de sa ville pour le plus grand bonheur des Montréalais. Aaron a décidé de quitter les restaurants pour le monde du traiteur parce qu’il possède une réelle volonté de se connecter avec les autres à travers la nourriture. Chaque événement est un nouveau jour avec un nouveau défi culinaire, le traiteur permet de toucher un grand nombre de personnes. La création n’a pas de limite, tout est toujours amusant et excitant.
Aaron porte le titre de chef exécutif de la restauration Olive Orange, amoureux des produits locaux, il sait créer des associations originales et authentiques. Aaron aime appeler sa cuisine “authentique multiculturelle”.
