Holder of a certificate in business administration from Laval University and a training certificate from the College of radio and television announcers of Quebec, Danielle Roberge, worked for many years in the dental field and representation before founding in 2009 , Let's Talk Etiquette & Customer Service which offers training, conferences and coaching on business etiquette, protocol, tableware and customer service optimization.
She not only has a solid training from the International School of Etiquette and Protocol, but also an expertise of choice surrounding the optimization of customer service through the many mandates she has carried out since the creation of her company. She also has training as a trainer at UQAM in addition to being a trainer accredited by the Quebec government's Commission for Labor Market Partners in the administration and commerce component. Many of its training courses are accredited by the Chambre de l'assurance de l'assurance de maladie in professional development, by the Chambre de la sécurité financière in general matters and in compliance, as well as by the Barreau du Québec. In addition, a consultant recognized by NOVA profil, she offers a complete range of tools to maximize human development.
Her growing notoriety, she regularly writes columns in various media in the province. Committed to her community, she sat for 3 years on the board of directors of the Maison des jeunes La Symbiose in Cap-Rouge, she has been on the board of directors of AFEQ since September 2017 and is currently involved with the Foundation of the CHU de Québec where she chairs the organizing committee of the cycling component for a third year at the Grand Course of the Fondation du CHU de Québec.
