Scotch tasting event at Burgundy Lion with Toby Lyle

Toby Lyle is one of the owners of Burgundy Lion, which has the largest whisky collection in Quebec. The Burgundy Lion has been growing the collection since it opened in 2008 as Toby has always had a great interest in whisky.

Toby’s interest in whisky began when he first started in the restaurant industry almost twenty-five years ago, since then he has attended whisky conferences, visited distilleries in Scotland on numerous occasions and met with some of the industry elite

For the last ten years, Toby has been hosting public and private tastings at the Burgundy Lion and elsewhere. He has hosted tastings for as little as 6 people and as many as 300 at such venues as the Ritz-Carlton and Arsenal.
